Day Camp, for ages 5-12July 22-26, 2024 (5 days) Daily Drop-off: 8-9am; Daily Pick-up: 5pm
This day camp is designed primarily to serve our local community, but all are welcome! Expect a wide range of Highland activities that are appropriate to the various ages of the campers. All campers will participate in daily Bible studies. Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided. Day camp can be an important step in preparing children for an overnight experience.
Camper Groups – Because Day Camp serves a wide age range, campers will be grouped by similar ages for daily activities. In order to avoid disappointment or confusion, please inform your child that he or she will be grouped with other campers by age, as follows:
- Day Camp Explorers, ages 5-6
- Day Camp Pioneers, ages 7-8
- Day Camp Mountaineers, ages 9-12
Due to different camper-to-staff ratios for the various age groups, Day Camp may fill up for some ages faster than others; it’s possible that we may hit waitlists for one age group even while there are spaces still available for campers in the other age groups.
An optional Thursday night sleepover is available to campers ages 7 and up. There is an additional $TBD fee for campers who wish to participate in the sleepover. You can opt into the sleepover when registering your child, or let us know no later than Tuesday of Day Camp week if you want your child to participate.
