Guest Group Discounts and Incentives

New Group Discount

  • Guest groups booking their first retreat at Highland may be eligible for 5% off all lodging fees.
  • This is a one-time discount to welcome new guest retreats to Highland.
  • To be considered a ‘retreat,’ a group must be large enough to reserve a meeting space; individuals and small families generally do not qualify.

Group Referral Incentive

  • Returning guest groups who refer a new group to Highland may earn a credit toward their next retreat.
  • New groups should mention the referring group when they make their reservation. The referring group will get a credit matching the exact dollar amount of the new group discount (described above).
  • For example: If you refer a group that rents $300 worth of lodging, their 5% discount is $15, and you will get a matching $15 credit. If you refer a group that rents $2,000 worth of lodging, their 5% discount is $100, and you will get a matching $100 credit.
  • Since we will not know the exact value of the matching credit until the time of the new group’s retreat, the credit cannot be applied until AFTER the new group is here.
  • Credits will not be applied retroactively.
  • Each credit may only be applied to one retreat, and can only be used to cover lodging fees.
  • To be considered a ‘retreat,’ a group must be large enough to reserve a meeting space; individuals and small families generally do not qualify.

Seasonal Incentives

  • All lodging fees will be set at the lower mid-week rates from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.
  • These discounted rates apply to all lodging fees, regardless of the size of your group.
