Availability calendars
Scroll down to view availability details for each of our facilities. Year-round facilities are listed first, followed by the seasonal facilities.
Note that seasonal facilities are not bookable over the winter, and no facilities are bookable more than 2 years in advance. These calendars are updated about once a week (usually Friday mornings), so it is possible that a facility that appears available has been recently booked. If you request a reservation or a quote, Highland staff will be able to confirm if the dates you are interested in are in fact available.
Overview of all facilities
Year-Round Facilities
Lodges for larger groups
Red Oak Lodge and Mountain View Retreat Center can each sleep up to about 60 people. Red Oak Lodge's meeting rooms will hold up to 100 people (when paired with additional lodging options). Mountain View is shown in two parts on the calendar below; note that the larger meeting space will hold up to 60 people, while the smaller Crestview meeting room holds a maximum of 20 people.
Facilities for smaller groups or families
Green Valley House (available for booking starting mid-October 2026) sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. Dogwood Cottage sleeps up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms. Creekside Cottage sleeps up to 3 people.
Seasonal Facilities
Seasonal facilities are typically closed for the winter from November through April, so are shown as "Not bookable" on the calendars during that off-season. However, if you do have an interest in a seasonal facility during those off months, feel free to check with the office; we can occasionally make exceptions.
Lower Highland Campground area
All the Lower Highland campsites are close to the large Tabernacle pavilion and are most often used by groups using that meeting space. If the campsites are not fully booked, some of the sites farthest from the group camping area may be available for individuals. Nine bunk camping cabins, each with bunk beds for up to 12 people, stretch along the stream, with five cabins near the Tabernacle (across the stream) and another four cabins nearer Sassafras Pavilion and the swimming pool. Two new family camping cabins, with AC and beds for up to 4 people, are located in the campground area, about halfway between the two pavilions. [Note: The family camping cabins are on site as of August 2026, but not yet available for use.] The Lower Campground has three bathhouses (Willowbrook and Martin Manor near the Tab, plus the poolhouse) to serve all the campsites and cabins.
Upper Highland Campground area
Up on the hill, halfway between Mountain View Retreat Center and Red Oak Lodge, the Upper Highland campsites are on a loop around the Mt. Everett Pavilion and bathhouse. Two new family camping cabins, with AC and beds for up to 4 people, are located in the back corner of the campground area, on the side closest to Red Oak Lodge. [Note: The family camping cabins are on site as of August 2026, but not yet available for use.]
