Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to Highland Retreat! If you have not done so already, you can check for facility availability using the calendar below. Then complete the form that follows to submit your request to Highland’s office staff.

Note that seasonal facilities are not bookable over the winter, and no facilities are bookable more than 2 years in advance. These calendars are updated about once a week (usually Friday mornings), so it is possible that a facility that appears available has been recently booked. If you submit a request, Highland staff will be able to confirm if the dates you are interested in are in fact available.

Highland Retreat offers a mountain setting where people meet Jesus Christ, explore nature, and build relationships. Highland Retreat is a nonprofit corporation closely affiliated with the Virginia Mennonite Conference of Mennonite Church USA. The facilities are offered only to churches, families, individuals and groups whose interests are compatible with the Christian principles of Highland Retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting this request does not guarantee that the facilities will be available for your group. Our Guest Services Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible to provide your quote or confirm your reservation and collect the required deposit. If you have not heard from the office in a day or two, please call us at 540-705-0554. Thank you for your time.
