Availability calendars
Scroll down to view availability details for each of our facilities. Year-round facilities are listed first, followed by the seasonal facilities.
Note that seasonal facilities are not bookable over the winter, and no facilities are bookable more than 2 years in advance. These calendars are updated about once a week (usually Friday mornings), so it is possible that a facility that appears available has been recently booked. If you request a reservation or a quote, Highland staff will be able to confirm if the dates you are interested in are in fact available.
Overview of all facilities
Year-Round Facilities
Note: Dogwood is used as the summer camp nurse's station, so is unavailable for other use from early June to early August. During that same period, Creekside is often used to house camp staff; it may show as "not yet bookable" until Highland Summer Camp's exact needs are determined.
Seasonal Facilities
Seasonal facilities like the camping cabins are typically closed for the winter from November through April, so are shown as "Not bookable" on the calendars. However, if you do have an interest in a seasonal facility in that off-season period, feel free to check with the office to see if your needs can be met anyway (we can occasionally make exceptions).
Pavilions
Mt Everett Pavilion is in the Upper Campground, Sassafras and the Tabernacle are in the Lower Campground area.
Lower Highland Campground
Note that most of the campsites are generally used by groups using the Tabernacle as their meeting space, but a few sites are commonly available for individuals. The Lower Campground is reserved for Highland Summer Camps during the midweeks from early June to early August.
Upper Highland Campground
NOTE: Due to recent work on the electrical systems at the Upper Campground, our site map has changed somewhat. Sites 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 are now included in the group camping block, while the other sites may be booked by groups or individuals.
