Registration forms

The forms required for registration can all be completed as part of the online registration process. Look for the Forms section on the camper dashboard, as well as the Medical section (to update information about allergies and medications).

If you can't register online, printable forms can be downloaded from the links below. If needed, please contact the office to request paper copies of the forms.

Scholarship application

Scholarship funds are available to help cover the cost of camp for those who need it. Because the scholarship application requires signatures from references, you will need a paper copy of the form. The completed form can be returned by mail, fax, or email, as detailed on the form itself.
