Red Oak Lodge
Located on the wood’s edge with inspiring mountain views, Red Oak Lodge is a cozy retreat in winter or a cool haven in summer, and is an ideal facility for youth groups, schools, family reunions, youth camps, seminars, and men’s, women’s, or young adult groups. Red Oak Lodge can accommodate groups of 14 to 60 people, and can host up to 100 people in the meeting rooms when used with additional sleeping areas.
With two bedroom wings, kitchens, and meeting rooms, groups can reserve the whole building (24-56 people), or half the building (14-28 people). An additional 4 people can be accommodated in the motel-style private suite.

Oak View meeting room (upper level)

- Accommodates up to 100 people.

- Equipped with tables and chairs, a white board, and a projector screen.

- Features a large fireplace and views of the woods.

- A fully equipped kitchen is attached, complete with sink, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and two refrigerators.

- Kitchen cabinets are stocked with dinnerware for at least 35, plus general-use cooking equipment.

- Restrooms are located in the lodging wings, or at the bottom of the stairs.
Wood’s Edge meeting room (lower level)

- Accommodates up to 100 people.

- Equipped with tables and chairs, a white board, and a projector screen.

- Features a fireplace and views of the woods.

- A fully equipped kitchen is attached, complete with two sinks, stoves, and ovens, a microwave, and a commercial dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.

- Kitchen cabinets are stocked with dinnerware for at least 50, plus general-use cooking equipment.

- Restrooms are located just outside the meeting room.
Sleeping accommodations

- Eight bunk-style rooms (four per wing) each sleep up to seven people in five twin bunks and one double bunk.

- Each wing has two bathrooms with showers, all handicap accessible.

- One motel-style suite has a queen bed, a set of bunks, linens, and a private bathroom.

- Linens (bedding, pillows, towels) are ONLY available in the motel-style suite.
Other amenities

- A spacious game room on the lower level includes ping pong, foosball, and more.

- An outdoor fire circle with seating is located behind the building; seasoned firewood is available.

- Comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting areas are available on the upper level.

- Password-protected and content-filtered Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

- Outdoor recreation options include volleyball, open fields, and access to hiking trails.

- A digital projector and sound system are available for an additional fee.

Red Oak Lodge Availability Calendar
Use the calendar below to see which facilities are booked and which might be available. Note that seasonal facilities are not bookable over the winter, and no facilities are bookable more than 2 years in advance. These calendars are updated about once a week (usually Friday mornings), so it is possible that a facility that appears available has been recently booked. If you request a reservation or a quote, Highland staff will be able to confirm if the dates you are interested in are in fact available. Availability calendars for ALL facilities are viewable here.
